Material & Structure

Our side seal pouches utilize a multi-layer lamination: PET (outer print layer) / Aluminum Foil or NY (barrier layer) / PE (inner sealant layer). For standard dry foods, PET/Alu/PE provides excellent barrier. For frozen food applications requiring cold temperature durability, we use PET/NY/PE structures with enhanced cold crack resistance. OTR below 0.5 cc/m²/day and WVTR below 0.5 g/m²/day. All lamination uses solvent-free adhesives.
